Sard Request a pilot

Pilot & pricing

The pilot costs nothing

No licence, no contract and no commitment for the length of the pilot. Pricing for after it is not published yet: it is agreed with each clinic before anything is charged.

What you get

What the pilot includes

  • Accounts for your clinicians

Each clinician has their own account, granted by hand after we have spoken — signing up alone does not open a patient record.

  • Arabic and English, in one sentence

Consultations in either language or both. The note comes out in English, and the patient’s report in Arabic and English.

  • Copy, PDF and the patient’s report

The signed note copies as text into your record system and saves as a PDF; the patient’s report prints in both languages.

  • Us, on the other end

We set it up with you, and we want to hear about every note you had to rewrite.

After the pilot

What comes after

There is no price list yet, on purpose. What the pilot measures — how many visits a clinic records, and how much time the note gives back — is what a fair price is built on.

Before the pilot ends we put a price to you in writing. Nothing is charged until you have agreed to it.

Before you ask

The pilot, plainly

We would rather tell you what this is not ready for than find out together in a clinic.

It costs nothing
No licence, no contract, and no commitment for the length of the pilot. If it does not save you time, it has failed and we would like to know why.
Consented visits only
Sard is not yet cleared for routine patient data in Jordan. Every pilot visit is one the patient has agreed to record, asked in the room, for that visit.
We set it up with you
Clinical access is granted by hand — signing up is not enough — so we speak to you before any account can open a patient record.
What we want back
The notes you had to rewrite, and why. A note a clinician rewrites is the only measurement that matters, and it is the one we are building against.
